About this Episode
Hi folks, it's Lyn here.
I suppose I should be grateful that my entire life I've been mistaken for being much younger than I actually am, however my recent reality has left me feeling older than this 47 year old body. While healing from several very annoying and un-sexy ailments I've learned that sharing my story helps others feel not so alone in their own struggle.
While recording this episode I was in the middle of going through a Cymbalta withdraw. I'm acutely and painfully aware of how any mention of pharmaceuticals can bring up a myriad of opinions and people who enjoy backseat driving. This is why I never talked about this on the podcast before today. I've now decided that it's more important for me to share my experience without fear so that others can also know we're in this together. I'm only partway through this withdrawal, I'm optimistic it will continue to go well so I'll just keep breathing and and hope for the best.
I'd love to hear your story also. Feel free to email me at hello@thelindberghs.com
Sincerely,
Lyn
